At LiaDia Designs we take great pride in our functional art pieces and beautiful wall art. We ensure that all pieces are shipped with the utmost care. Packages are shipped with Priority shipping and appropriate Insurance (we do not mark package contents as 'gifts'). No Returns on ready-to-ship or custom order/commissions are offered except in extreme cases at the artist's (Nadia Fernando's) discretion, and return shipping will be at the buyer's expense (change of heart or mind about the purchased piece is not considered an legitimate/extreme case).

Orders that are returned because the package(s) are undeliverable or for any other reason deemed necessary by the postal service will be refunded to the customer for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping fees, duties, etc are non-refundable. Any fees (charged to LiaDia Designs) incurred by the return may be deducted from the customer's refund, at the discretion of LiaDia Designs.

If your art piece arrives damaged through shipping, please contact us at liadiadesigns@gmail.com to discuss, provide pictures etc that can be forwarded to the courier companies to request reimbursement.
